Anthelmintics.
It is a broad-spectrum drug against trematodes and tapeworms. It is suitable for various schistosomiasis, clonorchiasis, paragonimiasis, fasciolosis, tapeworm disease and cysticercosis.
This product mainly causes spastic paralysis and shedding of schistosomes and tapeworms in the host through 5-HT-like effects. It has good effects on most adult and immature tapeworms. At the same time, it can affect the calcium ion permeability in the muscle cells of the worm body, increase the influx of calcium ions, inhibit the reuptake of sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium pumps, greatly increase the calcium ion content in the muscle cells of the worm body, and cause the worm body to become paralyzed and fall off.
