HALS UV-3853 is a low molecular weight hindered amine photostabilizer, with the characteristics of good compatibility, low volatility, good dispersion and high color fastness. Better light stability, resistance to powder and yellowing, non-toxic and low volatility; good compatibility; no seepage color; no migration. With the high molecular weight light stabilizer and ultraviolet absorber, the synergistic effect is significant.
Mainly suitable for: PP, PE, PS, PU, ABS, TPO, POM, HIPS, products include: flat silk, injection molding, blowing molding, etc., TPO and styrene plastics.
Recommended addition amount: generally 0.1-3.0%. Appropriate tests shall be used to determine the appropriate amount added in the particular use.
Packed in 20kg or 25 Kg/carton. Or packed as per customers requirements.
Storage precautions:
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse.
The storage temperature should not exceed 37°C.
It should be stored separately from oxidants and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed.
Keep the container sealed.
Keep away from fire and heat.
Lightning protection equipment must be installed in the warehouse.
Do not use equipment and tools that may cause sparks.
The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and suitable containment materials.
